Kiss: Keep it Simple & Sweet

Hope you all had a Happy V-Day and were able to spend it with the ones you hold deepest & close's to your heart! I had a super weekend! Friday night we had dinner at Jim's and did lots of catching up! That's all I'll say of that :)!

Valentine's was great! This was our fifth one to celebrate with one another. In the past he and I have always kept it pretty low key and stayed local. This year we decided we would be different and go into Austin...I left it up to Gerald and he chose to take me to this place....

It is on Barton Springs..the food & staff were faboulous. But it was Valentine's and the wait was forever...can we say two hours? Thankfully the staff moved us up on the waiting list, so it could have been longer!! The placed was packed, the music was great and our conversation was the best. Although it is fun to go out on Valentines we have agreed it's just not for us and from here on out we will KISS--keep it simple & sweet! (Stay local or at home.)

Sunday was good as well we just stayed home and my mom, dad and Kelsey came over. Nothing much but the time spent with them was fun! Today was much of the same (Bank Holiday!!) except Gerald's mom came over. It was so nice to spend time with her, since we defintiley don't get enough, and she also brought Chase and Ryan over. We haven't seen Ryan in a while and it seems like he grows ten feet everytime!
