I'm Such a Clueless Nut!!!!

So, Last night Gerald and I decided to go into Austin. I was looking for a new pair of jeans and he for some new kahki's for work. Well neither one of us found what we were looking for, but we did need to go to Target and get one thing, and then we wanted to go to Olive Garden. Well the lines were really long and we were in a rush, so as I was picking this thing [it's kind of a gift and I don't want to reveal the "thing] out and I told Gerald you go stand in line and I will be right behind you, as we only had half an hour before Olive Garden closed. So I get the thing and then I was looking at some head bands, and then I saw this lady and she was freaking out on the phone about her daughters waist size being smaller than her length or the length smaller than the waist..i don't know..and then she was talking about anorexia, and the doctor's, and the hospital her daughter was at, and i found it intriguing...nosey I know... well I'm like cluelessly walking to Gerald in line, not paying attention to him, just the lady standing in front of the watches jabbering about her daughter's issue, both intrigued and thinking what idiot talks about that at Target, well by now I'm standing next to, and holding hands with "Gerald" just listening to this lady, and "Gerald" says "Well,Hellllooooooooooo" and I ignore him, and then I hear this other guy say "Heather!! WHHAAAATTT ARE DOING!!!???" I look up and this other guy is Gerald, my boyfriend...I had walked up grabbed and held some strangers hand, and stood there like an idiot for about 15 seconds! Of course Gerald was the observer he said that he called my name at least three times and the whole time the other guy was just looking at me laughing and saying HELLO. I only heard my name once. I was mortified and really felt like I could melt into the ground. We all laughed at my Cluelessness and I hope it can also make you smile too.
