Graduation.

It's been nearly a month since I graduated and still kind of trying to grasp how quickly LVN school went by and hoping that the remainder of my nursing school years go just as quickly, and that my career as Nurse will be promising, hopeful and healing. I pray that I use this new knowledge with God's will in my mind and on my heart.
"For I know well the plans I have in mind for you, says the LORD, plans for your welfare, not for woe! plans to give you a future full of hope." ~ Jeremiah 29:11

Our Graduation Day was very short and sweet and it was one of the proudest moments of my life! I cannot wait to take my NCLEX and then get to being a Nurse. It started with our instructor giving a bit of a history into the "Pinning" Ceremony and Symbolism. Then we went straight to the pinning. Here I am super proud and excited an nervous and scared...getting my very own pin!!

Then we moved forward to our Candle Lighting and Nightingale Pledge led by our instructor. Such a special moment for the nine of us, to pledge ourselves to helping people for the rest of our careers. This candle though physically burnt out will forever remain burning in our hearts. What a blessing.

I then was able to address my class.
Then..it was over! This is my Instructor Ms Georgia Jay! I totally love her and could not have been given a better, more caring, prayerful, and brilliant teacher! Another very sweet blessing.

My biggest encourager! So blessed to have been able to take this journey with him. I cannot imagine completing school without his encouragement and faith in me.

And my whole crowd!

I look forward to where my Nursing Career is going to take me. I can't wait to start the next chapter and see where I am headed!!
